24 Scholarship supports for poverty stricken secondary school girls in the rural communities with fees, books, transportation, meals and solar lamps for studying. These students to be sponsired are from poverty stricken homes. Their learning strength depends upon your support them to go through their learning.
Fees for an orphan (Female youth) in Nursing studies including textbooks and transportation and at EBK University. 6 students on Nursing studies has been driven out of the University, becuase they cannot able to pay fees. They have tried and uptill no support has been provided. Thats mean, they will loose their place very soon.
Yearly salary for 1 community school teachers in a community school. These teachers are not paid by the Government's Ministry of Education. Supporting them will enable them to teach an train their students well.
Repairing of a broken and damaged water well in a school or community. The communities identifed for these wells are out of reach of nearby streams.
Fees for an orphans (Female Youth) studying at the Univeristy of Makeni. 3 girls are recently driven from lectures as they have not paid their 2nd semester fees. They have applied for scholarships and no support uptill now. They are at home with no result. If they loose class now, they will wait till next year to restart their lectures again.
