What We Need

Online fundraising and face to face fundraising in shopping malls. Emails and donor admin. Typing up donor leads and development of donor base. Marketing and event management. Networking and forming partnerships with companies and other Non profits, schools, churches and civil society.


When & Who

Volunteers required to work online any time. Face to face fundraising on Saturdays and during the week or when we have bookings in malls. Admin volunteers needed all the time. Marketing team ongoing support needed. Community development volunteers to work in townships during the day at schools or libraries.

We offer a small stipend to cover lunch and bus or train ticket. $2 per hour.

Face for face fundraising

Raising funds in shopping malls using structured forms and asking shoppers to donate to our cause. We work in a team of 3 -4 volunteers per 3 - 5 hr shift. Volunteers are trained and work under supervision of a team leader.

Volunteers need to fund and source their own accomodation. However support offered. Volunteers must be of sober habits and non smokers.


Beautiful life Training & Community Development Association was established in 2010 and is based on The Cape Flats, Cape Town, working across all sectors of society. The organisation’s main focus areas are; alleviating poverty, sourcing employment opportunities, developing potential in people, building strong families, forming partnerships between families, schools, training institutions, small businesses, corporate companies, churches, non government organisations and government to collectively eradicate unemployment and poverty in on the Cape Flats in South Africa
