For the implementation of the vocational training in entrepreneurial skills to target schools and caregivers income ge skills and generating groups including, microfinance and youth SACCOS for different targeted youths business clubs.
Organize the practical entrepreneurship training such as handcrafts for most vulnerable children (MVC) caregivers and MVC youth business clubs in Program Areas.
Train MVC caregivers and targeted youth on microfinance and loan lending on how connect with microfinance and establish businesses at the family level or group association and business level
For the implementation of the early childhood care to kindergarten in 8 schools by applying the interactive model Peace Flame primary school use. This will be done through capacity by providing basic / formal education to children between the age of 2-10 years old.
For the implementation of our collaboration project of refugee integration through dignity, diaries, health and employability (RITDHE). This project is funded by the EU. We provide free house, and also we have a vehicle that a volunteer can use during weekend days and working hours. They can use our vehicle for their private activities if they will want to travel to the Ruaha National Park or elsewhere they wish but they will need to buy fuel from their own cost.

Volunteers can share cost with the CCDO for food, electricity and water bills, and only $100 per each month for house rent cost while the remained cost can be covered by the CCDO.
The volunteer at the CCDO shall be responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, specifically including all airfares or other transport costs to and from the host country, as well as any local transport costs. It shall be the responsibility of the volunteer to carry all necessary documents when traveling abroad. While CCDO may advise the volunteer on required travel documentation, CCDO is not responsible for any supporting documents necessary for the volunteer’s travel needs or other purposes. Volunteers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are up to date and valid for travel.
CCDO does not provide the volunteer with insurance of any kind. Travel insurance is mandatory for each volunteer, and the volunteer will purchase this prior to departing on the trip. The volunteer is solely responsible for evaluating and determining the type, extent and levels of any insurance coverage they need or desire for their planned volunteer travel period. This must cover their entire travel period.
Payment of registration fees confirms a volunteer’s acceptance onto one of CCDO’s volunteer programs. Registration fees are not transferable to other persons and further details are set out on our website.
Fundraising campaign for the completion of our constructed school, teaching, entrepreneurial training to our disadvantaged youths and people living with HIV / AIDS, project proposal writing, tree planting and environmental conservation campaign.
Charges mentioned above will cover the cost of printing learning materials that will be used by the volunteers interested in learning on how to cook African food, as well as for Swahili language printing materials
We should be very happy to be assisted any types of humanely donation or the completion of our constructed school and vocational training including small donation for our school children and such donation can be in form of
exercise books, school bags for our school children, soccer balls, netball balls, basket balls and volleyballs, shoes, school uniforms and school fees, as well as used school van for our school project.

CCDO is a resource organization registered with the Government of Tanzania to operate as a national NGO in accordance with its governing Constitution. It provides high quality technical and management support to the institutions/concerns working in development sectors primarily targeting poor and underprivileged people with a mission statement to strengthen local community competency to the promotion of education, primary health care and development to deprived members of the societies through capacity building, provision of handcraft industries and vocational training to impaired children, poverty reduction, promoting human rights and advocacy skills, community mobilization skills, and mitigation of the socio-economic impact of HIV/AIDS in selected communities in Tanzania.

CCDO has major areas of work: Supporting community based adaptation initiatives to cope with the adverse effects of climate change and environmental protection, increasing women’s awareness on good governance in Tanzania, reducing youth poverty through practical ICT solutions, supporting Tanzanian youth for employability training through Vocational Training Skills, tree planting for biodiversity conservation and livelihood improvement through cultural heritage and tourism promotion, research, monitoring and Evaluation, Training and Capacity Building, women empowerment through VICOBA formation.
Recent activities of CCDO focused on creating an enabling environment for the youth of Tanzania so that they can be self - dependent, contribute to the development of the area and be an active participant in development effort of the nation.
Specific activities are to inculcate entrepreneurial skills in the youth through the establishment of most vulnerable children (street children) sports 4 employability and enterprise recreation centre , to make youth self-employed, and initiate the youth to be engaged in sporting activities, tree planting and environmental conservation, small business (micro-credit revolving fund), training in entrepreneurial skills, vocational skills training (tailoring & embroidery, carpentry, welding, motor mechanics, masonry and horticultural agribusiness skills), a didactic cinema, ICT enterprises and other similar innovative and creative projects.
