CFD since its inception has been working for the cause of children of Urban area including Bhaktapur, Kathmandu and Kavrepalanchowk in limited target schools as a part of its awareness campaign; initiated by CFD especially for the empowerment of them through Health awareness, Environmental education awareness and Educational support for those from poor and deprived communities; victims of natural calamities such as earthquake, landslides. For instance, a number of activities; as mentioned above were undertaken by Change for Development (CFD) within certain time boundary through youth and volunteer engagement.

Currently we have ongoing campaign initiated by Founder Campaigner Pandey Kumar, ("Paisa Haina Pahichan" - which means Not money but the Identity in Nepali) is a awareness campaign that is basically focused to those street children who are in street though they get chance to stay at children home due to easy excess of money and food on their street life. People easily give money and food whenever they saw any poor child in street, Instead of money if people know what the best support is for them, long term support like taking them to child care home and children's home this will really brings positive vibes on their face.
This awareness is possible when we do awareness campaign, programs in partnership with government, private sector, CSOs. As Goal 17 encourages governments and the private sector to form effective partnerships .
