Other Ways to Help

We will be thrilled if volunteers could help Development Concern Centre raise funds for our poorest rural women beekeeping training and hives making project/programme in the Northern Region of Ghana. The women need protective clothes, bee hives, hand gloves, boots, honey harvesting smokers, knives, plastic buckets and bee wax rendering materials. These beekeeping materials will enable the poorest peasant farmers to be professionally trained on improved beekeeping from the traditionally honey harvesting(where by they use naked fire to kill all the bees from their stings before harvesting the honey)
