What We Need

We need volunteers in the school to teach vulnerable children, basic English, Maths and creative subjects
We need volunteers in sport program mainly football/soccer and other sports that we can introduce to the children.
We need volunteers who can help in administration, general, fundraising and social community development


When & Who

Yes, we require a minimum of 7 Months
Individuals, Family with Kids, Groups, Retirees, Disabled

What we Provide

Types: Volunteer House

We shared rooms according to sex, interests, preferences, as well as kitchen, showers, living rooms and bunk beds
We have no WIFI but advice our volunteers to buy local sim cards and data for the internet connection.
We have no laundry machine

Our Fees

$5 daily

It is used for the accommodation for the volunteers as the organisation has not property so that money goes to pay rent for the volunteer house

New Hope Waves is a small and young non profit organisation based in Livingstone, Zambia working with the vulnerable community to provide skills, knowledge and opportunities to improve their education, health and livelihood.
We are running a school for vulnerable children from the age from 4-15 years from pre school, grades 1-5 whose parents cannot afford school fees/
We are running sport activities mainly football/soccer for both boys and girls from the ages of 10-25 years, to keep them away from illicit behaviors.
We also have creative projects in arts, performing and music
We also working to empower the families with socio economic training and opportunities
We have environmental management opportunities such as permaculture practives and project activities.
