Additional Info about Us
For person with disabilities, integration and full acceptance by community is an integral issue. Due to discrimination and poverty, people with disabilities are oftentimes excluded in various economic activities. Hence, they continue to experience unemployment and full dependence to their families.
To break this vicious cycle, FTI supports self-help organizations of persons with disability by bridging gaps and removing barriers that hinder developing their potentials and accessing opportunities for achieving economic independence. FTI facilitates various opportunities for employment and livelihood for people with disability hoping they will achieve empowerment and become active in the various community economic activities.
