Bolivia Digna is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in Cochabamba, Bolivia in 2006. Its objective is to promote and defend the rights of infants, children, adolescents, senior citizens and other vulnerable social groups living in exclusion and poverty.
We provide formal and informal education to children aged 2 to 17 years old every day from Monday to Friday. Volunteers are directly involved in the work with the children and its preparation. Your can work and focus on one of the following areas:
Support the Playroom Project with children of less than 7 years old
Help the children of primary and secondary with homework
Help with sport in the Program Football/Sports and Values
Help with projects in Arts and Values (music, theater, dance, painting, circus arts, etc.)
Support the Program "We speak English"
Help with special science projects
Accomodation in a shared or private bedroom in the volunteer house, in the center of Cochabamba. Possibility to stay in a family too.
Food: breakfast and lunch for the volunteers from Monday to Friday.

We will be happy if you could bring material for our projects and/or for the children! This can include sports material (balls), books, pens, paint, etc.
Since 2007, we have been developing programs aimed at social development, the prevention of violence, the protection and defense of children who are victims of violence, education in Human Rights and Responsibilities, responsible leadership, and promotion of Christian values.
