Prince Kimera Skills Development and Employment creation Organisation (KISDECO) offers vocational skills and creates employment opportunities for its graduates. The organisation started its operations in 2015 and our basic interest is in rural areas where most of the less advantaged youth are found.
The Administration of the organisation is comprised of young graduates with degrees, diplomas and certificates in the different fields.
Apart from the vocational skills, trainees also get English and business lessons to prepare them for service beyond limits.
Some students meet an affordable facilitation fee while others receive training on bursaries offered by the organisation. Currently the organisation has no sponsors and is seeking volunteers who can us rewrite our proposal seeking funds to expand our operations as there are overwhelming numbers of young people especially young ladies that seek our organisation's help, but only a few are able to be helped at given intervals.
