There are so many tasks that you can do and also that you can start as you are so flexible to people`s interest and passions to make a difference in our communities!
We are very flexible. Normally, the volunteers will start working at 09:00 to 12:00 in the morning where they will be teaching in some community schools such where you will be teaching Math, English, Art and General Knowledge that making an impact in the lives of the young students through education, songs, drama, arts and so forth.

The volunteers will conduct football/soccer from 15:30 (3:30 pm) up to 17:30 (5:30 pm). Here they will contribute with their sport skills, play with the boys and girls from the age of 7-25 years who are so passionate with football and you can hang our with them if you are not football interest and you find something to do making some teaching in life skills, or general environmental- and health lessons etc.

- Help in schools from the community as a teacher (Malota community school and Amazing Grace Preschool)

- Administration / Management training/Promotional Videos/IT Productions

- IT classes in Auldridge Office

- Fundraising/ Crowdfunding/Grant Writing/Marketing and Networking to have resources to achieve goals

- Public Health Care Workshop Training for the better health of the community

- Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youth Scholarship Program to assist children find sponsors to go to school

The contributions for the hostel accommodation and other local support which includes has 27/7 location security, food (3 meals per day) and work related local transport (during the official working duties) is included in US$ 14 per night, US$ 98 per week, US$ per 2 is 196 weeks, US$ 392 per month and the contributions do not included visas, flight, day excursion (tours), health insurance and free time activities.



Alternatively, we have an option for volunteers and interns who might be only interested to contribute and use the hostel accommodation only then provide their own food.



They will only be required to contribute US$ 5 per night, US$ 35 per week, US$ 70 per two weeks and US$ 140 per month and they will provide their own food.

The volunteers and interns` opportunities are free of charge but you are only required to contribute towards your food, accommodation, support, airport pickups/drop-offs as you will need such quality service within the program.

The Mission Statement: Empowering children, youth and their families with skills, knowledge, educational and talent enhancement opportunities for the upliftment of the community through improved living conditions for a hopeful future and protecting the environment.

Our target age groups are in two categories one; for children are from
7-14 years and for youth from 15-35 years who make up 70% of Zambia.

Objectives and Functions
a. To recruit, transform, educate and empower youth with socio-economical skills
b. To empower young people to get involved in social, environmental and developmental is-sues that are affected to communities such as poverty, unemployment, poor food securi-ty and poor environmental care through income generating activities such as organic farming, poultry, leadership training, energy saving ventures and other efforts to mitigate effects of the environmental hazards.
c. To uphold the right of all, without discrimination, to a natural and social environment sup-portive of human dignity boldly health, and spiritual wellbeing with special attention to rights of indigenous people and minorities
d. To build a shelter as a hostel and community training center for the Orphaned and Vul-nerable Children (OVCs) and Youth (Young Adults) from all kinds of background to better lives.
e. To involve youth people living with HIV and AIDS and Disabilities in our programming.
f. Provide to young people with friendly community counseling and medical services to ur-ban and with more emphasis on the children in rural areas.
g. To organize training workshops, seminars, study tours, sporting and recreational activities and other related opportunities to provide information, education and communication ac-tivities in our holistic approach on social, economical, health and environmental issues with other organizations
h. To engage the young people in Sport activities and providing life skills trainings in behav-ior shaping character and talent development.
i. To provide the platform for ICT that enable young people to have access to computer trainings, untapped the technological solutions and opportunities to improve livelihood.

You will live with the local people as the volunteer house is within local place where you will live away from the city life but live with the local people, who would interact with you and rub shoulders with them to learn more about our culture, language Nyanja, Tonga as well as speak with the local people in English as it is the official Language (English) and you can also try our foods such as Nshima with Kapenta, Chibwabwa, Kalembula, you can also taste the local fish from the local river which is the Zambezi where the famous water falls and you have fish such as Tiger fish, Bottle fish, Bream and Babo fish etc.

You will have a great experience interacting with the young people in Maramba - making new friends!
You also have the great opportunity to enjoy nature at its best at Victoria Falls just 12 km. away. Waterfalls, museums, markets, churches, wildlife parks for sightseeing and a lot of other places for free time activities!

If you are looking for bigger shops or internet cafés for blogging, you can grab a local bus for 30 cents which will take you to the city center of Livingstone. By bus it takes 10 minutes, on foot around 30 minutes. In Livingstone you find a lot to do, for example all the activities at Victoria Falls.

Sharing the taxi 7 kwacha each person, the total 25kwacha.

· From town to home:

7 kwacha each person, never pay more than 30 kwacha the total.

- At home try not to waste water unnecessarily

- Lock the door at night although there are guards during the night

- Close windows during the night to avoid mosquitos

- Take water as much as you can in big bottles for emergency situations, such as, not having water either in the toilette or in the shower

- At first when you get into the airport take the business visa of 50$ or 80$(option of going to another country). After the 30 days you must apply for a working visa for 3 months, price 150$.
