Mission-"Empowering the women and girls through capacity and enhancement training in functional literacy, water and sanitation, health care, environmental protection and conservation and livelihood diversification in the remote areas of Ghana to contribute in nation-building."

The Advocates of Change is composed of a team that has a wide range of experiences from their previous organizations in community mobilization, women and girls empowerment, and livelihood skills training. Coupled with their lessons learnt and best practice, they come together as one team that is why we are having the capacity to successfully implement this project. The organization was formally created in June 2018 and was legally registered on January 2019. It has 3 permanent staff and two volunteers. The Executive Director is a community mobilization and advocacy expert, the program manager is a nurse by profession whilst the field officer is a teacher.
