The African Development Imperative empowers young people of African descent through entrepreneurship, conflict mitigation strategies and intentional activism

The African Development Imperative (TADI) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity that interrogates and tackles the economic, political and social effects of inequality to which young people of African descent are exposed in an intentional and intersectional manner. In so doing, TADI dissects the issues, policies and systems which affect young people either positively or deleteriously, and proposes nuanced, discrete and mutually-reinforcing solutions.
Identified challenges and opportunities, and attendant interventions in the foregoing vein, are grouped into three clusters namely, activism and governance, entrepreneurship and innovation, and violent radicalization and extremism mitigation.
