What We Need
We need volunteers who would enjoy providing lessons to help foster kids in their environment of learning, brainstorming fundraising ideas, improving the health of the community, and collecting school supplies. Volunteers will assist with after school programs which is by helping with home work and also teaching .

We provide after-school lessons, academic scholarships, and school supplies. Our after-school lessons support the school curriculums, ensuring that students understand what's being taught at their school in a fun, safe, and stimulating environment.
The organization is community based, yet internationally accredited. We focus strongly on Kisseman village because we believe that where you are should not determine whether or not you have access to an education. We provide reading materials to students and schools. Moreover, we oversee a program named baskets for education, which teaches local residents how to weave baskets.

When I worked here, two years ago, the foundation was still trying to get a classroom and was working on organizing and getting funding, so things were a bit hectic. But since then, they have built up more of a curriculum I believe. The goal of this foundation is one of passion and they truly want to help the children succeed, not just in school but in life. I loved being a part of it and even though I was only there a short time, I loved seeing the kids learn new things and grow as people."
