Youth Initiative Development Programme
What We Need
Join Youth Initiative Development Programme Volunteers Project to connect with and help the local Kenyan communities throughout five areas of our operation. Explore Kenya's beautiful scenery and culture. By working with schools, sports clubs and academies (in Ebenezer Stars Football Academy and Ebenezer stars Volleyball Academies), Knowledge Hub (social entrepreneurship, grafitti, ICT and Media), orphanages and health clinics, YIDP is able to offer a wide variety of volunteer projects. Projects are flexible for volunteers and can start any day throughout the year.
Volunteers can work with disadvantaged young people in orphanages and schools to support and educate them. Teaching programs allow volunteers to work in high schools or elementary schools and with rural tribes and slums. Teachers are needed to teach every subject, including English. The depression, drugs/substance abuse and chronic program promotes awareness and medical visits. Medical volunteer projects are also available depending on the experience and qualifications of the volunteer.
