Review of KAASO Uganda by KAASO Uganda

A small Israeli family is hosted by KAASO family

It has been one week since we left KAASO and the place doesn’t get out of our heads and hearts. We arrived mid July 2018 and it was a significance time, unusual experiences and an extraordinarily exciting.
We were greeted with a joy and wrapped in tremendous love. The connection was so simple and immediate. My husband is a teacher in Israel, so he felt very comfortable teaching and enriching the students' curriculums. I am an organizational consultant, so that I supported empowerment group.
And our children were just happy. They taught thinking games. They played chess. They practiced with netball and help us show the children animated films we brought. Our children became rock-star. Everyone wanted to hang out with them. Play with them, dance, or just give hi-fives.
The children in KAASO live with great modesty. And they thirsty for attention, to learn and know new things and to enrich their world.
It can be in thinking games, or creative activity, coloring for little ones.
The fact that children speak English very fluently makes communication easier.

Beyond that, and perhaps most importantly, the school is managed by a couple who are exceptional people. Dominic and Rose are people of grace. In general, the school staff consists of fascinating, kind, grateful and helpful people.
We'd love to give you tips and share more insights,
