A valuable and rewarding experience! reviewed by Lucy Rose Barrett
"I have been volunteering with the Marina Orth Foundation for 2 months now. Unlike most volunteers, I have been working in the office rather than the schools, as a social media and marketing intern/volunteer. As it is a small organisation, I have been given lots of responsibility and have been set a range of tasks. This has really allowed me to make the most of my time here. My time here has also been extremely rewarding as I have been able to see the direct impact of the work I have been doing. The combination of gaining valuable work experience and skills and helping to promote and raise awareness of the great work of this foundation has made this a really special experience and one I look forward to continuing. Beautiful environment, beautiful people, one of the greatest experiences I have ever had :) reviewed by Karen Byrne
"I stayed at Varsana for just over a month, when originally I had only intended to stay for 2weeks. The area is just breath taking and the people are so lovely and interesting. I tried to work in the kitchen as much as I could because I love the Hare Krishna's style of cooking and I wanted to learn more.
Overall one of my top3 experiences in life and definitely something I will never forget. Also if just a small break is needed, the area, the people and the endless yoga classes are well worth the trip here.
I will visit again soon, as I now live in Bogota :) x"
