One of the best times in my life! reviewed by Emma Schneider
"Volunteering with My Small Help, will change your way of approaching things in life. You´ll get to know a lot about the Peruvian culture, the people, their habits and lifestyle. The special thing about My Small Help is that you become part of the families, that you support. This makes a very unique experience, as a lot of volunteer - projects don´t give the opportunity to be so close to Peruvian lives. But it´s not the only advantage of volunteering with MSH. You get to know wonderful people, like the director and coordinator of the project as well as the beneficiaries. People that will always stay in my heart! I volunteered with My Small Help for 3 months and left the project 5 months ago and I´m still in very close contact with the people - they became very good friends.
Another great aspect of My Small Help is that every day is different, you´ll never be bored of routine, every day is special and full of lovely people. Volunteering with My Small Help also helped me to find my way in life and I´m so incredibly grateful for all this experience!!!
THANK YOU MY SMALL HELP! :-*"

Great Experience! reviewed by Kate Padula
"I volunteered with Karikuy for over 2 months in the summer of 2011. It was definitely one of the best and most memorable experiences abroad I've ever had! Because I am interested in archaeology, my work for the program consisted of researching different archaeological sites across the country and writing about them for Perupedia. In addition to writing, I was able to explore Lima, and even travel to several different cities to see some of the sites I was researching in person!

Perhaps the best part was being able to room with and meet so many people from around the world! Julio was an excellent host, and it was great to be able to learn about and experience Peru with the guidance of a native Peruvian!

If you're looking for an opportunity to practice your Spanish, visit some beautiful places, and immerse yourself in Peruvian culture, this is the program for you!"
