We support rural schools through volunteer assistance while providing counselling to youth and women and running youth programs over weekends to promote positive interaction.

We are an athletics academy with a difference and the only of its kind in the Helderberg.We use sport as a tool to bring social change because we firmly believe that sport has the power to change the community and its youth in a positive way by playing sports and teaching effective life skills.

HOPE Cape Town strives to improve the quality of life and full potential of children and families affected by HIV, AIDS and related illnesses through its work in the Western Cape
