Paramedics for Children International (PFCI) provides medical care, education programs, and disaster relief to children, families, and communities in Central America and beyond. We serve without regard to religious beliefs, gender, race, or ethnic background.

FSD strives to make lasting, sustainable change that is deeply rooted in the community and driven by the community members themselves.

The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a national network of over 200,000 volunteers, organized locally to improve the health and safety of their communities. Volunteers include medical and public health professionals, as well as other community members without healthcare backgrounds.

We facilitate community health and well-being in rural Uganda through improved access, education, and prevention.
